BACKROUND/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Born in Quito, Ecuador, South America. Fluent in Spanish. Grew up in Maryland/Washington D.C. area. I have been vacationing in Daytona Beach since 1983. Bought a home here in 1995 and finally made a permanent move in 1999. Studied Real Estate in 1990 at Merrill Lynch Realty in Silver Spring, Maryland. I have an AA in Computer Network Science from Keiser College, Daytona Beach, Florida.

Dear Sandie,
I just wanted to drop you a line and say thank you one more time. When Diana and I were told by our doctors that we could no longer live the RV lifestyle and keep up the driving that we had been doing we decided to buy a home. I can't tell you how many realtors we contacted before you but I do know that we had at least four or five and possibly as many as seven or eight that were trying to get our business. The only problem was that not one of them seemed to care about what it was that we were looking for in a house but what they thought we should have. Then you came along and if you remember our first conversation I believe that my first words were, (after I introduced myself) Finally somebody who gets it. You listened to what we wanted in a home, how much we wanted to spend and where we wanted to be located. You were the only one who act ually sent us listings that were exactly what we asked for. You didn't send us listings that we couldn't possibly afford or ones that were too large or small. You were very patient and took the time to search through the listin gs and find us the perfect house for us. We couldn't be happier. We got a brand new home that we absolutely love and even after the sale you helped us further by telling us about furniture and appliance stores in the area that had the best selection and prices. We can't believe how much happier even our dogs are. They are running around like puppies again. Even though it took several attempts to get the final selection you hung in there and were patient and helped us from getting discouraged even though a few of the houses we bid on went into foreclosure and could have taken forever to get an answer on. Believe me when I say that I'm glad that they all fell through because we love the house we got. We also got the finacing at the perfect time and even most of the closing costs were covered. I hope that your boss knows just how hard you work and that we think you are one of the best in the business as far as we're concerned.
